Rich application of continuous flow technology

Jiangxi Chiyan Technical Team has routinely applied continuous flow chemistry technology to projects of different magnitudes. In addition to customized projects from customers, many projects of Jiangxi Chiyan have also utilized continuous flow technology to achieve large-scale production, accumulating rich technical application experience for the team.

The team has successfully applied this technology to various reaction types, including but not limited to：

· Reactions involving irritating and special odor intermediates, raw materials, or products

Independently develop and build reactors to enhance the innovative application of continuous flow technology

Jiangxi Chiyan collaborates with a professional mechanical, electronic, and automation engineering team who can independently develop, design, and assemble continuous flow reactors for flexible application to different reaction types.

At present, Jiangxi Chiyan has used various continuous flow reactors with different volumes (1ml-15L) and materials (PFA, SiC, SS316, etc.), as well as some special equipment, such as micro packed beds and photocatalytic reactors, for various reaction types from laboratory to large-scale production.
